About Team MEGATON Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
The Gallup NM Megaton BJJ Academy offers both kids and adult classes.

Here, you will train hard and learn proper technique. We encourage our students to compete in IBJJF tournaments and follow the guidlines established through the federation.

Our lead BJJ instructor, Grant Birtcher, is a black belt under the instruction of World Champion, Wellington "Megaton" Dias.
​
Loaner gi's are available for new students.
​
Angelo Lincoln is an experienced MMA trainer and heads the MMA/Beginner Stand-up classes
​
Therman Joe (Brown Belt) and Alexandria Doherty (Purple Belt) head the 5-10 year old BJJ class
​
Dan Watts (Purple Belt) heads the 11-15 year old BJJ class
